REGISTRAR'S POLICIES:


ENROLLMENT
      A student who has not undergone the final registration process is not officially enrolled. His name will not appear in the enrollment lists submitted to Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and or Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and he will not given credits for the subject he has taken during the semester.
     
     A student is considered officially enrolled when he has been issued a computerized study load stamped “REGISTERED” and signed by the Registrar’s staff within the enrollment period.
EVALUATION
     Sequential subject should be followed strictly. A student who has taken the prerequisite subjects has to retake the subjects.

      The school is not obliged to offer subject for students who failed to follow the curriculum or who failed in their subjects. Students should follow the subjects recommended by their Department Head.


      Students are advised to check with the registrar’s staff regarding discrepancies of grades in their records such as NG and INC. These grades becomes “F” one month of non-compliance.

POST GRADUATION

 Proof of graduation is the special order. Students are advised to check at the registrar’s office
for deficiency in their records, such as failing grades in the last term before their graduation.

ADDING, DROPPING AND CHANGING OF SUBJECTS
How to drop, add or change:
  • Secure the form from the request section of the registrar’s office.
  • Get the signature of the academic chairman of the subject you want to add, change or drop.
  • Have the form approved by the department head.
  • Present the form to the accounting department for proper notation in your ledger.
  • Submit the form to the records section.

DROPPING OUT FROM THE COLLEGE
     Students dropping out from the college must secure clearance form from the registrar’s office. The clearance form must be accompanied by a letter from the parents or guardian indicating the reason for dropping from the college.
REQUESTING FOR DOCUMENTS
     Secure and fill-up the request form at the record section and pay at the cashier.

     No request for copies of documents will be acted upon unless the student has been cleared from all financial or property obligations. Request for a copy of records through a third party (parents, sister, brother, relatives and friends) should be accompanied by authorization letter. The third party must also present any the following: I.D., residence certificate or drivers license.
